Instructions for reprogramming UniGage Model SR1E (English) to SR1M (Metric) specifications

  1. Connect the unit to a PC via the USB port. Establish communications.
  2. Select DPM and Laureate Series 2, continue
  3. Open main menu.
  4. Select “DPM”, and “Get Setup”
  5. On Input/Display tab “Decimal Point”, select 0.0000
  6. On Scaling tab “High Read” enter 0.0381(mm)
  7. On Analog Out tab “Low Range Reading” enter 0.0150(mm), and -0.0150(mm) for High Range Reading.
    Note: these are default settings. These may be programmed to read any range you require.
  8. Select “DPM” again and “Put Setup”. Meter will be reprogrammed and will reset.
  9. Save the setup to the location of your choice if desired, and exit setup software.
  10. Reset to metric is complete.
